In these early days, when symptoms can feel relentless and hope seems distant, this group offers a circle of safety — a place to be gently understood, comforted, and reminded that you are not alone. Together, we focus on grounding, reassurance, and small steps toward stability. Each session offers a soft place to rest your thoughts, release fear, and connect with others who truly understand the depth of this experience. Healing often begins quietly — through compassion, through presence, and through knowing that others have walked this same road and found peace again. You are not forgotten, and you will not stay in this storm forever.

Your coaching sessions are reserved just for you. We value your time and ours, and ask that you respect this policy to help us serve all clients with excellence. * All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any coaching sessions or art classes once purchased. * Coaching Sessions: Rescheduling is permitted if requested at least five (5) days in advance of your scheduled appointment. Requests made after this time cannot be accommodated. * Art Classes: Due to preparation and material planning, art class bookings cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
