Each session is thoughtfully crafted to honor your unique journey, providing trauma-informed support rooted in safety, consent, and compassion. Whether you are processing deep pain, rediscovering joy, or simply seeking a new way to connect with yourself, these sessions invite you to create, heal, and grow at your own pace. You’ll explore a variety of art techniques and tools, from abstract expression to mixed media, all within a calming, judgment-free environment. The flexible approach is tailored to your nervous system’s needs, helping you rebuild trust in yourself and connect with the beauty within. Materials Note: Materials are completely flexible—feel free to use whatever you already have at home, such as pencils, crayons, colored pencils, markers, watercolors, and any type of paper. If you’d like to explore a bit more, you’re welcome to use watercolor paper, mixed media paper, acrylic paint & paint brushes, palette for paint, extra watercolor brushes, black gelly roll pens, assorted stamps & stencils, scissors, and glue, but none of these are required.
